It is taking longer and longer to get from Point A to point B. One possible solution would be to link public transportation with micromobility, such as electric scooters and on-demand shuttles (integrated public transport). As of 2021, micromobility has successfully established itself, but integrated, intermodal offerings are still not in sight, and one reason could be a lack of user value. So, the question is: are there user value problems associated with integrated public transport? Our investigation resorts to utilizing simulations. Scenarios are tested in the city of Hamburg.
